Press-On Nails
Our press-on nails are handmade to order, which means they are unique and customized for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, design, or change of mind.
- If we sent the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace the item or work with you on a solution.
Adhesive Nail Stickers
We accept returns on adhesive nail stickers if they are unused and in their original packaging.
- To qualify, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will cover the product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the unused product, we’ll issue a full refund.
