Artisan Nails are finished by hand for you, so allow 10 to 14 business days from order to doorstep — that covers making and shipping. Nail Binds on their own arrive in 2 to 4 business days. Order both and they ship together on the nails timeline. You get a tracking link the moment it leaves us.

Free on US orders over $50. Under that it is a flat $5.95. Expedited options appear at checkout if you need a set for a specific date.

Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan a package in. If it has been longer than that, email us your order number and we will chase it.

Every set is finished to order in your size, by hand. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be picked, so a returned set cannot go back into stock. Check the size guide on the product page before ordering, and email us if you are between sizes.

That is on us, Artisan Nails included. Send a photo with your order number within 3 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund it, whichever you prefer. No return shipping on your side.

On a change of mind for unopened Nail Binds, you do. When the fault is ours — damaged, faulty or incorrect — we cover it.

Measure each nail at its widest point in millimetres and match it to the table below. Your thumb and index decide the size — the rest of the set follows from those.

Size up. You can file a tip narrower in seconds; you cannot make one wider. A nail that touches the skin at the sides will lift early.

A full day comfortably, and several days if you prep well and keep the nail dry during application. Because they are not glue you can also remove a set after one evening and re-wear it later.

No. They lift away from the nail plate rather than bonding to it, so there is no filing, no acetone soak and no thinning. That is the entire reason we made them.

Yes, they are waterproof. Prolonged soaking in very hot water will shorten the hold, as it will with any adhesive.

Ten wears or more with care. Lift the tip from the side with the cuticle stick, peel the Bind off the back, wipe it clean and it is ready to go again.
