How to Apply Nail Binds

Prep
Wash and dry your hands, push cuticles back, buff the surface lightly. Oil is the enemy of hold.

Match
Lay out all ten tips before you stick anything. Pick the Bind that covers your nail bed edge to edge.

Press
Peel the Bind, place it on your nail, then press the tip down from the cuticle out. Hold thirty seconds.

Remove
Slide the cuticle stick under one side and lift. Wipe the tip clean and it's ready for next time.
Questions
How long will they actually hold?
A full day comfortably, and several days if you press them on well and keep the nail dry during application. Because they are not glue, you can also take a set off after an evening and put it back on next week.
Will this damage my natural nails?
No. Nail Binds lift away from the nail plate rather than bonding to it, so there is no filing, no acetone soak and no thinning of the natural nail. That is the whole reason we made them.
Can I shower and swim in them?
Yes — they are waterproof. Showers, dishes, the gym and swimming are all fine. Prolonged soaking in very hot water will shorten the hold, as it does with any adhesive.
How do I take them off?
Slide the wooden cuticle stick under one edge of the tip and lift slowly. The Bind comes away attached to the press-on. Peel it off the tip, wipe the underside, and the set is ready to wear again.
Which size Bind do I use?
Each sheet carries a range of widths. Pick the Bind that covers your nail bed from edge to edge without touching the cuticle. When in doubt, go one size down — a Bind that touches skin will lift early.

Unopened sheets can be returned — contact us within 3 days of delivery. Change-of-mind return shipping is yours; if it arrives damaged or wrong, we cover it.
